American bicycle manufacturer Cannondale has revealed its new models: New SuperSix EVO Hi-MOD and the new generation of the aluminum CAAD (Cannondale advanced aluminum design) series: CAAD12. Cannondale has skipped the number 11 after CAAD10 and give the new bike the number 12. They went with 12 because they felt it was too big a leap in performance to call it an 11.

CAAD8 is a good entry-level racing geometry road bike. If you want to enter the road biking world, but don’t want to spend a lot of money, this is a really good option. Tubes inspired by its CAAD10 sibling, a lightweight frame (Cannondale claims it’s the lightest in its class), with more forgiving Heads-Up Race geometry, Cannondale CAAD8 may be your best option.
