Team Sky’s new Pinarello Dogma F8 team bike has been revealed. The bike is unchanged from the Tour de France winning 2015 model, but it has new graphics and colors. The components (Shimano Di2 drivetrain, other parts -Fi’zi:k and PRO-) remain the same. And there’s a special bike named “Froomey”, honoring Chris Froome’s Tour de France 2015 victory.
The frame color remains matte black with a few blue touches, and there is a new blue and white stripe on the seat tube.
Team Sky won three Tour de France victories (Wiggins in 2012, Froome in 2013 and 2015) in the last four years. So, the partnership between Team Sky and Pinarello bikes has achieved three Tour de France wins in six years, since 2009.
In the past three years, DOGMA 65.1 has been one of the most titled bikes, winning the Tour de France twice, the UCI World Championship, and more than 100 Pro Tour races.

Fausto Pinarello said in a press release that:
“Three Tour de France in six years, and a huge number of victories and podiums. These results would be enough just to be proud of this team, but the union between Pinarello and Team Sky is much more. Two innovation-oriented companies, to achieve many more victories”.
“DOGMA F8 achieves new significant numerical data, but more importantly, maintains the unique driving feeling, which made previous Pinarello Dogma bikes unbeatable. Whoever rides the new F8 DOGMA, will immediately perceive the extraordinary work done by our team, in creating a streamlined and aerodynamic bike without losing the typical characteristics of DOGMA: a powerful and responsive bike for every track.”
