David Lappartient and Monica Santini — David Lappartient, President of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) and Monica Santini, Santini Cycling Wear CEO.

Santini Cycling Wear and the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) are pleased to announce that they have signed a partnership agreement for another four-year period (2021-2024). The announcement comes during the 2020 UCI Road World Championships in Imola, Italy. From 2021 onwards, the partnership will see the introduction of the new ecological UCI World Champion jersey for all disciplines made exclusively of sustainable fabrics and delivered in compostable packaging. Additionally, Santini becomes the Official Provider of UCI merchandising. The two partners will release two separate merchandising lines including a series of products and accessories featuring the UCI logo and the rainbow stripes, the symbol of the UCI World Championships.

SANTINI 2019 UJACK jersey. Front (left) and rear (right). The UJACK jersey is named after the eponymous Union Jack or Union Flag which was thus named because it is made up of the flags of the countries in the United Kingdom: England, Wales, Northern Ireland, and Scotland. The front of the jersey features the outline of the Union Jack in an elegant navy blue with the World Champion colors at its center. The official 2019 World Championship logo features on the right-hand breast also. This classic-fit jersey has ultralight mesh fabric sides for maximum breathability. There is also a silicone gripper at the hem to stop it riding up. The jersey is also available for children from five to 13 years and also a baby version for one to two-year-olds. Santini has also created navy blue bib shorts and accessories to coordinate with this and the other jerseys.

Santini has created three special edition jerseys celebrating the UCI Road World Championships which take place this year in Yorkshire in Great Britain. Team Cannondale’s clothing sponsor Sugoi launched a custom Peter Sagan jersey for the upcoming Tour of California. Peter Sagan himself also helped the jersey’s design.

The custom-built jersey has a Slovakian flag and colors on both sides (Peter Sagan is the current Slovakian road champion). Green is the dominant color and there are two red “Hulk” eyes in the back of the jersey.

Garmin Sharp 2014 kit - front and rear. The American WorldTour team decided to make their riders more identifiable on TV, so they changed the jersey design appropriately, along with news of a partnership between the team and the WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature). The previous blue, white and red design has been retained. There are not so many differences from last years' jersey in the front, but the rear of the jerseys updated fairly. The kit is produced by the teams' Italian technical clothing supplier Castelli. The 2014 team kit will also include the New Balance logo. The American footwear company was the official off-bike athletic footwear sponsor of Garmin-Sharp and now stepped up to become co-sponsor.

The American team Garmin-Sharp and the Russian team Katusha have unveiled their new kits for the upcoming 2014 season.
