Using CO2 Cartridge to inflate a bike tire — Gently insert the CO2 Cartridge neck inside the open part of the inflator fitting and then grip the fitting with your left hand, while using the other hand to push the cartridge inside. Turn the fitting in a clockwise direction until you hear the sound of compressed airflow. Hold your CO2 cartridge in one place and then inflate the bike tire for few seconds at a time. It is important that you inflate your tire for a few seconds at a time so that you don’t inflate it too much. Make sure you turn the CO2 cartridge in a counterclockwise motion until the airflow has stopped. To check the tire inflation level, simply squeeze the tire gently with your left hand. If the air within is insufficient, Just turn the cartridge in a clockwise motion for few seconds once again to add extra air.

Mountain Biking — Mountain biking is a sport of riding bicycles off-road, often over rough terrain, using specially designed mountain bikes. Mountain bikes share similarities with other bikes but incorporate features designed to enhance durability and performance in rough terrain. Mountain biking can generally be broken down into multiple categories: cross country, trail riding, all mountain (also referred to as "Enduro"), downhill, freeride and dirt jumping. However, the majority of mountain biking falls into the categories of Trail and Cross Country riding styles. This sport requires endurance, core strength and balance, bike handling skills, and self-reliance. Advanced riders pursue both steep technical descents and high incline climbs. In the case of freeride, downhill, and dirt jumping, aerial maneuvers are performed off both natural features and specially constructed jumps and ramps. Mountain bikers ride on off-road trails such as singletrack, back-country roads, fire roads, and often venture to ski resorts that stay open in the summer for such activities. Because riders are often far from civilization, there is a strong ethic of self-reliance in the sport. Riders learn to repair broken bikes and flat tires to avoid being stranded. Saddle sores are very painful and can ruin your ride. A saddle sore in humans is a skin ailment on the buttocks due to or exacerbated by, horse riding or cycling on a bicycle saddle. It often develops in three stages: skin abrasion, folliculitis (which looks like small, reddish acne), and finally abscess." (Wikipedia) Even if you ride with the best quality, most comfortable chamois, your nether regions are continuously subject to heat, moisture, chafing and pressure - especially during wrong rides. If you spend enough time in the saddle, you'll have to deal with saddles sores at some point. Regardless of how small or big a saddle sore is, it can ruin a ride (or a few rides).
